Content we deem to be abusive, obscene or illegal may be removed at our discretion.
Gone to DogStar's ability to provide the Service is contingent upon many factors that may be out Gone to DogStar's control, including, but not limited to, the continued availability of the internet as it presently exists or other technologies that may be available in the future that would allow for the continuation of such service in essentially the same manner as they are provided today. You agree that Gone to DogStar shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Website for any reason. All that said, if it IS in our control, your DogStar will always be on our site for you to visit.
You agree that Gone to DogStar reserves the right to terminate use of this site at any time for any breach of this agreement.
Your use of this service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis as GonetoDogStar.com does not maintain its own servers but rents space. We do not provide any warranty of any kind and expressly disclaim any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.
We cannot guarantee the service will be uninterrupted but our host server is magnificent (1and1.com) and has not let us down yet. We cannot guarantee that our service will meet your requirements (if it doesn't, please contact us within 7 days for a full refund).
Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through this service is done at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your computer or loss of data.
You agree to hold Gone to DogStar and its affiliates, officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any claim, demand or loss made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, transmit or make available through the website.

We do not share your name or email address outside Gone to DogStar. We will occasionally email you when there are updates to the site or new features are added.
