Your gentle loving spirit helped us through our grieving process for your best friend and fetching partner Katie--sadly we have had to grieve for you on our own. We will never forget your sweet and loving nature and how much you showed you cared for us up until the very end. One of the best moments of my life was the New Year's Eve party we had when we learned you were healing and we did not have to put you to sleep just yet. The worst moment of my life was when you were put to sleep and you struggled and did not want to go because you were worried about us.. We will never be able to repay you for all the happiness you brought into our lives.

We will always love you and miss you deeply. We will meet again someday and throw a tennis ball until you can't fetch any more and then rub your belly.
