PRECIOUS PETITE ZOSHY

OCTOBER 6TH, 1984 - SEPTEMBER 4TH, 1999

He came to us from a friend when he was just 2 years old, the product of 2 broken homes and obvious mistreatment. He was barely 3 pounds, he would soon be diagnosed with degenerative heart disease, he had pink eye, was missing 2 teeth and could only eat or drink in a prone position. We agreed to find him a home. We did, and he remained with us and his adopted "big sister" BJ, our 3 year old Lha Apso for the rest of his life. It's obvious that BJ, now with failing kidneys at age 16 misses him as much as we do. Although she's blind and doesn't hear well at all, we sense that she's looking for her "little brother" in the same places we still see him - next to the chair in the den, next to the desk, or laying outside the shower in his "position of protection". We hope that someday, we will all be reunited.

HE SHARED THE EARTH WITH US FOR 14 YEARS, 10 MONTHS AND 28 DAYS, BUT BEST OF ALL HE SHARED HIS PRESENCE WITH US FOR MORE THAN 12 OF THOSE YEARS SHOWERING US WITH UNCONDITIONAL LOVE AND FRIENDSHIP.

HE WAS A HAPPY LITTLE GUY WHO NEVER COMPLAINED IN SPITE OF SERIOUS HEALTH SET BACKS AND NEVER ASKED FOR ANYTHING OUT OF REASON.

HE WAS ALWAYS HAPPY TO SEE US. WE CAN LEARN A LOT ABOUT OURSELVES BY EXAMINING HIS LIFE.

NEVER ANY TROUBLE, HE WAS THE QUIET LITTLE MAN UNTIL HIS SPACE WAS INVADED, THEN HE STOOD UP FOR HIS RIGHTS WITH TRUE COURAGE.

KNOWN AFFECTIONATELY AS "MR. ZOSH, ZOSHARIAH, ZOSH MAN, Z-MAN, MISTER PISTER, LITTLE MAN, ROCKY, MAIN MAN, L'IL GENERAL AND DOODLEFORT", HE WILL BE SADLY MISSED BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN.

OUR LOVE, OUR THOUGHTS AND OUR THANKS FOR HIS WONDERFUL GIFTS WILL ALWAYS BE WITH HIM AND HIS PRESENCE WILL BE IN OUR HEARTS FOREVER.

GOD BLESS YOU BUDDY.
