Missed dearly by owner John Small

A few words from John Small:

The 9 years that Tara was with me she was the most faithful companion a person could ever have. She was always there for me and never let me down -- she was great dog and could never be replaced either in my heart, or any other way. Her loyalty knew no bounds. The last year of her life was very sad, as she had cancer which caused her -- and myself -- a great deal of pain. But she fought it with courage and would always wag her tail even to the very end. The day she died was one of the two worst days of my life, the other being when my mum passed away. I feel sure that in death she will be giving someone else all that she gave to me. I miss her very much, but I know she is still protecting me.

p.s. Tara and I travelled a lot from place to place, but she was born in Bournemouth Dorset (UK) coastal town in 1986 and she passed away here in Swindon Wiltshire (UK) in Aug 1995.
