Patches

Patches I love you so much. You were always there for me when I was upset,
you showered me in doggie spit and made me feel better. Dad said you had an
enlarged heart because of your old age but I've always thought that you
have the biggest most caring heart. You were the sweetest little dog I
could've asked for. You've been with me all of my life until today but you
will stay with me in my heart forever.
I love you Patchie, my little Po

P.S. You will always be my little puppy
--------------
Patches I love you and will miss you forever. I know that you are happier
now at Rainbow Bridge in the Dog Star. I'm sure that it is fun playing with
Freckles again and now that you are in that special place, you can see and
hear the birds and animals again. Be sure and look down to us from time to
time. One of these days we will join you for that final journey where we
can be together for eternity.
You left us yesterday and I can still remember you exactly as you were when
you closed your eyes and went to sleep. Linda and I had you for most of
your 20 years after rescuing you from the pound. I know that you had a good
life and having to let you go was one of the hardest things I have ever done.
Now that you are gone, I've started thinking about you when you were
younger. Patches, you were the happiest dog that I have ever known. You
never had a bad thought and your little tail was always wagging. I'm sure
that you were happy when you saw Freckles running and jumping. Now that you
are in Doggie Heaven, I believe that you are all well and in the prime of
life. That's how I will remember you, with your big eyes and Elvis smile.
I know that you never met Troubles, Munchkin, or Foxy but if you see them,
tell them that I love them and hope to see them also.
Love you girl,
Linda & Lyle Mariam
