Gennie

We adopted a beautiful female husky from the SPCA in 1990 who came named "Portia", which didn't suit her as she was a frisky little puppy. We decided to change her name to go with her black and white coloring and came up with "Generic" like the generic food packages in the grocery store. We called her "Gennie" for short.

She left us last January and even though we now have another dog we still miss Gennie very much and think of her often.
